GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

By enrolling in recurring lawn maintenance service or accepting proposals for one-time services, the customer agrees to the following general terms and conditions of service unless otherwise agreed to by both parties in writing.

PAYMENT

Electronic invoices are sent to the customer on the calendar day before service, and due in full by end-of-day on the day of scheduled service. Failure to pay charges within six (6) calendar days of the due date on the billing statement may result in the imposition of a late fee or service charge and/or suspension of all services. Upon non-pay suspension of services, all charges must be paid in full to resume service. Failure to pay within 60 calendar days, may result in additional collection efforts up to, including, but not limited to a contractor’s lien against the property; any expense incurred for said collection efforts will be applied to the account as a reimbursable expense.
TRULAWN HD LLC reserves the right to charge a card on-file for all outstanding balances unless otherwise notified by customer in writing at least two (2) business days prior to the next scheduled draft.

MEDIA DISCLAIMER

TRULAWN HD LLC shall have the right to access the site for the purposes of taking photographs or video footage in relation to the work site both prior to, during and after completion of hired work and shall have and retain all copyright in said photographs which may be used by Contractor at its sole discretion in reference but not limited to promotional materials, advertising, social media platforms, vehicle graphics etc.

ADDITIONAL AGREEMENT INFORMATION

TRULAWN HD LLC is NOT responsible to service areas which are not accessible due to locked gates, unsecured pets, children, debris in the work area, personal items, litter, lawn ornaments, vehicles, etc. Assessed fees will not be prorated for unserviceable areas for the aforementioned reasons. A $25 re-trip fee will be charged to return to the worksite for servicing areas that were unserviceable during a prior scheduled visit. If a re-trip is declined, additional fees may be incurred for overgrowth in skipped areas. Fee amounts are subject to change at any time, with or without notice.

TRULAWN HD LLC will NOT be responsible for damages due to improper installation of irrigation pipe, wires, cable etc., which are not installed deeper than 3” below ground level near edging surfaces, in flowerbeds, or along cement edges.

TRULAWN HD LLC is NOT responsible for personal items left on the lawn or runaway pets.

TRULAWN HD LLC does NOT act as an agent of the property, or its owner(s).
Damages or Injuries as a result of services provided must be reported in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of on-site visit to be considered for repair, replacement or compensation.

TRULAWN HD LLC is NOT responsible for delays caused by acts of God or events beyond its control, vandalism or improper operations of systems not under our maintenance (irrigation).

TRULAWN HD LLC reserves the right to determine the exact day(s) and time(s) work will be performed, (unless specified).
